Gentera needed to transform a critical process: the management of training for more than 27,000 collaborators was done manually, taking up to 32 hours a week and generating frequent errors. The lack of visibility for leaders and employees, combined with a high operational load, directly affected talent development and internal efficiency.
The objective was clear: to digitalize and automate this key operation to free up time, reduce errors, and improve the experience of all involved profiles.
As a UX UI Designer, I led the entire design cycle of the GAC platform (Automated Training Management): research with stakeholders and users, contextual observation, strategic definition, UX UI design, and iterative validations. I documented complex business rules, created wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes, conducted 2 rounds of user testing, and worked closely with development to ensure faithful implementation.
I also participated in post-launch follow-up and delivered a complete handoff package with recommendations for continuous evolution.
I designed a web platform with customized interfaces for each role: administrators, collaborators, leaders, and trainers. The data processing was automated, clear and actionable dashboards were created, and visual traceability of the training was provided.
The visual design balanced clarity, professionalism, and accessibility, with reusable components and smooth navigation. Everything was designed to minimize friction, facilitate critical tasks, and empower users, focusing on efficiency, order, and transparency.
The new platform reduced management time from 32 to just 2 hours a week, eliminated more than 95% of errors, and received a usability rating of 88/100. The administrator and collaborators rated the experience at more than 4.5/5 in satisfaction.
In addition, full adoption by the training team was achieved, and solid foundations were established for continuous improvement. A radical change that freed the team to focus on what really matters: talent development.
